The Botanical Journey offers Worldwide Shipping.
We offer free shipping on orders over $20 based on a flat rate cost provided by our various suppliers and craftspeople from around the globe.
The Botanical Journey supports sustainability and overnight delivery of products is not an eco-friendly option. Please be patient and do not hesitate to send us a message if you have questions or concerns at firstname.lastname@example.org

- US: 12-20 business days
- Canada: 12-20 business days
- Australia: 12-20 business days
- New Zealand: 12-20 business days
- Ireland: 12-25 business days
- France: 15-25 business days
- All other countries: 25-40 business days
Why Longer Shipping Times?
The reason for longer shipping times include the order processing times which can be 3-6 days to process after placing your order. Then the product is shipped and often not on weekends.
Once the product is shipped we ship through established cargo routes-in your country- the packages are delivered to you by your local postal carriers.
When your items are shipped, you should receive a notification via your chosen option, email or text, providing you with a tracking number.
Some of our vendors use shipment methods that do not offer tracking numbers. Send us a message and we will contact the vendor for the tracking information. We offer protection on any orders that exceed the standard shipping times of 25 business days. Please contact us if you need support.
*Please note, many countries charge customs duties/taxes for international orders. Please review your countries customs policies, as we are not responsible for the payment of those fees. All fees imposed during or after shipping, are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
The Botanical Journey is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please take photos of the damaged package, items and Save All packaging materials and damaged item(s) before filing a claim.
