The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

The Botanical Journey offers Worldwide Shipping for any products we sell directly and Free Domestic Shipping on orders of $50 or more.

**Many of the products on the website are recommendations from our travels. We receive a commission from our established affiliate relationships. When a product is purchased from an affiliate company, the shipping is handled within their business policy.

The Botanical Journey Merchandise

Shipment Confirmation

Once the product is shipped we ship through established cargo routes-in your country- the packages are delivered to you by your local postal carriers.

Domestic:

When your items are shipped, you should receive a notification via your chosen option, email or text, providing you with a tracking number.

International Orders:

Some of our vendors use shipment methods that do not offer tracking numbers. Send us a message and we will contact the vendor for the tracking information. We offer protection on any orders that exceed the standard shipping times of 25 business days. Please contact us if you need support. 

*Please note, many countries charge customs duties/taxes for international orders. Please review your countries customs policies, as we are not responsible for the payment of those fees. All fees imposed during or after shipping, are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

The Botanical Journey is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please take photos of the damaged package, items and Save All packaging materials and damaged item(s) before filing a claim.
