The Botanical Journey offers delivery service in the Houston area or shipping on purchases of plants and any antique & vintage containers.

Shipment Confirmation

Once the product is shipped we ship through established cargo routes in the USA - the packages are delivered to you by your local postal carriers.

Domestic:

When your items are shipped, you should receive a notification via your chosen option, email or text, providing you with a tracking number.

Damages

The Botanical Journey is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please take photos of the damaged package, items and Save All packaging materials and damaged item(s) before filing a claim.
